Acceptance Policy

  1. Verification of Corrections
Upon satisfactory incorporation of the corrections and revisions advised by the reviewers, the manuscript will be moved to the proof-reading stage. The Editorial Office will format the article according to the Proceedings style and highlight any missing areas or additional input required from the authors.
  2. Notification of Potential Acceptance
Authors will be notified within two months regarding the potential acceptance of their manuscript, pending successful completion of the proof-reading process.
  3. Proof Review Responsibilities of Authors
Authors are required to carefully review the proof version of their manuscript and ensure that:
    • All formatting, grammatical, and typographical errors are corrected.
    • Scientific content in the text, tables, figures, and references is verified for accuracy.
    • Any missing ethical or administrative details (e.g., trial registration numbers, IRB approvals, conflict of interest disclosures) are completed.
(Refer to ICMJE Recommendations: Manuscript Preparation and Submission)
  4. Submission of Corrected Proofs
The corrected proof must be returned via the Proceedings submission portal within 7 days of receipt. Delays beyond this period may result in withdrawal of acceptance.
  5. Final Acceptance
Following re-evaluation by the Editorial Team, and verification that all required corrections have been made, the manuscript will be granted formal acceptance. The acceptance date will be communicated to the corresponding author and published with the article.
